2005 Zinfandel

Spent the weekend making wine. Not the part everyone imagines where you squish the grapes with your feet. This wine has been sitting in an oak barrel for a year and we filtered it into bottles. It's a long process with a lot of rinsing and cleaning and setting up and putting away, but the time flies because you get to drink the whole time.
