I don't buy albums very often because I can 1. get them online or 2. get them from friends and either way it's ta-da! on my iPod. However, I felt that in order to be an authentically cultured individual, my modest collection required some Johnny Cash. May I just say: the man is a bad ass. Not that I didn't know it already, but there's something unparalleled about such vintage outlaws as himself. John Wayne of course, Marlon Brando, Paul Newman. You know what it is? There's no drama. In the old days, they put the same affect into loving a woman as they do shooting a man as they do singing the blues. No rage, no passion, no overactive hormones like you see today.
